I finally made it to the highly anticipated Harry Potter store in New York City, and I am thrilled to share my experience! As a huge fan of the wizarding world, I was counting down the days to visit this three-story megastore, located at 935 Broadway near the Flatiron Building. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! From the moment you step inside, you are transported to a magical world filled with Butterbeer, cookies, chocolate frogs, and so much more.

But is it worth the hype, you ask? Absolutely! Whether you’re a die-hard fan or just looking for a fun and unique experience, this store is a must-visit. One thing to keep in mind is that they currently have a check-in system, which means there might be a wait. However, my friend and I felt lucky to have gotten in line, and we were able to make the most of our time by exploring Central Park during our wait. Inside the store, you will find authentic props from the movies, which is so exciting, and there are also exclusive items available for purchase. My personal favorite was the basement, where a giant snake protrudes from the ceiling. It’s a sight to behold! And if that’s not enough, they also offer virtual reality options that look like a blast.
